6. You figure out how to go to the bathroom while holding the baby.
7. You find yourself bouncing and swaying even when you are not holding your baby.
8. Dress up shoes used to be 3-inch heels, now it is any shoes other than flip-flops.
9. You and your husband used to spend weekends at romantic Bed & Breakfast's. Now you spend weekend breakfasts at McDonald's.
10. Before becoming parents, you stayed up late making love. Now you stay up late feeding the baby.
Balancing motherhood and marriage
As a new mom, it is easy to get so focused on the baby that you forget about your husband. If you are not careful, then you can spend all your time and energy on your kids and there is nothing left for your marriage. Many marriages end because couples get so caught up in their careers and children that they quit having anything in common.
Keeping the passion alive
